Questions, answered.

What do I need to rent a car?

A valid Indian driving licence, Aadhaar card, and your profession details — all three are mandatory. Minimum age is 21 for standard cars and 24 for premium. Full terms are in our rental agreement.

How do I pay?

Pay 15% advance online via UPI to lock the booking. Enter the UTR/transaction ID from your UPI app — we verify against our bank and confirm within 30 minutes. Balance and security deposit are collected at pickup.

Can I cancel?

₹500 is deducted on cancellation before 24 hours from pickup. Within 24 hours of pickup, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. Refunds credit within 7 working days. Vehicle swap/change also costs ₹500.

What about fuel and tolls?

Return the vehicle at the same fuel level as pickup. Tolls are paid by the renter and are not reimbursable under any circumstances.

Is there a km limit?

350 km free per 24-hour booking and 200 km for a 12-hour booking. Beyond the limit, extra charges apply as per the rental agreement.

Can I take the car outside Odisha?

Yes, but inform us in advance — otherwise a ₹10,000 penalty applies. Travel into Malkangiri, Phulbani, Koraput and Similipal is prohibited and carries a ₹5,000 penalty with no roadside assistance.

What if the car breaks down?

Call our 24×7 helpline immediately — we'll dispatch a mechanic or a replacement. Damage/repair up to ₹40,000 (normal) or ₹80,000 (premium) is covered by insurance; anything above that is billed to the renter, plus rental for the idle period.
